Aarambh

Some of you may know him as Bodhi or Abhishek, but today he is known as Aarambh, a name that he received during a deep meditation experience. Aarambh means “new beginning,” and it perfectly reflects his ongoing journey of transformation and the fresh perspectives he brings to his work.

Originally from a small town near the Nepalese border in northern India, Originally from a small town near the Nepalese border in northern India, spiritual traditions became the foundation of his calling. India, with its rich spiritual heritage, has always been at the heart of his practice.

For the past few years, Aarambh has been building a diverse community, connecting with people from all walks of life through his classes. He’s grateful for the opportunity to guide and support so many on their own personal journeys of growth and healing.

Aarambh holds an MSc in Yoga and has received extensive training in various styles, including Kundalini, Tantra, Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa Yoga. His work is deeply informed by his specialization in breathwork, which remains his core focus. While yoga builds strength, flexibility and mindfulness, Aarambh sees breathwork as a powerful tool for connecting to the present moment and fostering inner transformation.

His classes are not just about technique; they’re about creating connection – both with yourself and with those around you. Just as breath links all of us, Aarambh’s practices unite participants in a shared space of mindfulness and community 🌬️

He is truly excited to offer his teachings at The Prana School, helping us all step into our own Aarambh – a new beginning
